With the party on the brink of a total wipe and Deirdre already deceased, Pinna and Captain Siggard arrived on the scene. With the extra help, the Reclaimants were able to pull through and finally squash the last of the ants. Reeling from the loss of their friends, the Reclaimants gathered Deirdre and tried to figure out where to go from here. Evard revealed that Casduran had given him access to sending salts which could summon him. The party asked for aid in hopefully reviving Deirdre and in no time at all, Casduran was at their side.
The party debated whether or not they should summon Deirdre's soul to ask her if she even wanted to come back, but Leith realized he was able to see her soul hovering nearby the party. After letting her know that she had died and that Casduran could potentially bring her back, Deirdre agreed that she wanted to rejoin the party. Casduran mentioned that Deirdre's soul was tied to the dragon book they had found and that he knew someone that could bring her back as a ghost if they could not afford the cost of a revival ritual. Deirdre was okay with this option, and so Casduran teleported the party to the Whistling Tower where the Weird Ophelia of the West bound Deirdre's spirit to the tome and brought her back as a ghost.
TLDR: We need better plans for dealing with combat, Leith might be insane or maybe psychic, Deirdre has 99 problems but being tied to a physical vessel aint one.
