2nd of Bonfires
The Reclaimants picked up their clothes from Nymera and did some more shopping around the Ragday market. Leith picked up a bow holter to attach to Bean's barding. Tanythe took Pimbert to buy some new cookbooks and promised to read the recipes to him. Aurent bought a dueling cape, earplugs for the whole party, a hat, and some more tea.
While celebrating their success on a job well done at the Crown and Daisy, the party was approached by a dwarf named Felquin af Isdar. He was a mason from Vulkaris and seemed to have been fired for his over ambitious ideas. He requested to join the company and the party all agreed to bring him on, though realizing that they may need to keep a close eye on him once they reach Drumshiel.
Adom and Aurent had left offerings of wine for Nythal along with the dress, and not long after she appeared in the tavern. She thanked Adom for the beautiful dress and ended up revealing herself to the party. Aurent was kind of a downer and asked Nythal about a dream he had been having about a skeletal boatman on the river of souls. Nythal's visage of a beautiful woman changed as the color draiend from her face. She revealed to Aurent that he had the mark of Mykandra, the great vulture. Aurent was perturbed by this revelation, but Nythal reassured him that Mykandra was not very smart and he should be fine as long as he doesn't run into any Hollow Knights.
Adom managed to reel back in the fun and brevity of the night, worried that too much somber talk would upset his goddess. He asked Nythal of her recent travels and when Nythal mentioned a drinking contest with Lottidas, the questing god, Laurel perked up and seemed to be reminiscent of the god. The rest of the night was spend with idle chatter and drinks as Aurent and Leith flirted unabashedly with Nythal.
Nythal left the party each with a parting word before requesting that Adom next find her a beautiful longsword from a blacksmith in Sevastipol to help her win a bet against an archangel of Yesharin.
TLDR: I good old fashion shopping session with a little goddess flirting for flavor
Radical quote of the session: "Pimbert I don't mean to be rude, but can you read?"-Tanythe Softly "What da hell?"-Pimbert
