A member of lesser nobility from the Thuvian city-state of Lamasara, Itsuo sometimes struggles to keep an identity of their own among their Oracle-awakened Astral connection. Unique physical characteristics help them stick out in a crowd, or alternatively blend in with common folk. Drawn to the Pathfinder Society after they were 'touched' and found themselves with the powers -- and curse -- of an astral oracle (possibly due to their Aasimar ancestry.) While this is apparent, there is not much else known about the mysterious foreigner. Skilled in religion and diplomacy and a point-of-contact for nobility, they are a valuable support asset to any team.

Tengu based on a Vogelkop Superb Bird-of-Paradise; plumed cape of feathers at the shoulders (can be spread into a crescent-shaped collar), and an electric-blue wide breastplate of retractable ornamental feathers.The inside of their mouth is a bright yellow. hey also have three long 'faux-eyelashes' akin to a Lawes' parotia over each eye, reaching out approximately four inches akin to ornamental eyebrows.
