An old Dragonlord treasure, this item was retrieved from Xander Huorath at the Necropolis at Telemok. This magical golden shield has a lion engraved on its front.
In addition to allowing the wielder to speak and understand Draconic, it also makes them more alert to danger, and allows them to strike foes with thunder with a mighty lion's roar.
Its final, fairly gruesome, ability allows it to steal the skills and benefits from a creature whose severed head is placed in the golden lion's mouth.
