Braz used his magic to Scry on the place before we ventured in. The place seemed rowdy and crowded, full of drunken sailors and rogues. As well known as our faces are, it seemed best we disguise ourselves and go in separately.
Theo tried talking to a couple of regulars, but was rudely rebuffed, put off by eager bouncers looking to step in. Clearly some sort of deal going on to keep them unbothered.
Alke leaned against the bar, talking to someone wearing a crossed scythe pendant from the Lutherian temple.
Calliope chatted amiably with the barkeep and musician, even joining him on a song, which left many in the bar spellbound by the beauty of her voice. In this den of ruffians, she stood out like a diamond in a pile of pebbles.
Theo joined a group of raucous orcs in some sea shanties, singing along, and after she had finished, Fryxon, the musician confirmed our suspicions on the duo Theo had been rebuffed from earlier.
But where exactly would I end up, isolated from the others?
