The gods did their thing and impressively the storm is now gone. They may not be the saviours we’d like them to be and that may be down to the limits of their power, but their intentions are good. One can only hope they will be here, quirks and all, throughout the rest of our journey.
Yes, you read that right. Versi and her great deceit. Three works she said, three impossible feats. And we have accomplished them only to find out that our destiny is made up of yet more challenges and fights. I do not feel more of a hero than I did six weeks ago upon meeting this merry band. I feel equally weak in front of destiny, as much as I try to stand against it. I feel my own prophecy to destroy a nemesis I now know to be a Titan to be just as unthinkable as I did as the Oracle uttered it. But at least I can be the snake… erm, thorn in her side.
And on that, we have a mission to spy on Lutheria’s Temple. Little would make me happier than to decorate it with just a few more statues.
