A fairly new cocktail that has been created by the young people of Estoria. Its flavour is apparently reminiscent of herbs that grow deep within the Oldwoods at Demetria's old home.
The Recipe
Pour the vodka into the glass. Load up ¾ full with crushed ice, then fill to the top with the ginger beer and stir gently to combine. Add a few dashes of ginger bitters. Serve with a sprig of mint to garnish and the lime to squeeze over.
50ml vodka
crushed ice
150-200ml ginger beer
few dashes of ginger bitters
sprig of mint
wedge of lime
