Letter to Kyrah
(Written after the ‘Christmas’ dream.)
Kyrah,
Thank you for the interesting dream last night. It was… a welcome change. A break from reliving the bits of my past that seem intent on haunting my slumber. I suppose it was just nice to spend my sleep in a snowy inn rather than within the walls of… well, it doesn’t really matter; just know that I am grateful for the distraction.
Some of the others are a little less impressed than I, I think… so perhaps don’t try it again. Though you are welcome to mess with my dreams - I should enjoy a chance to meet Pavlova again: she was a lovely cat.

P.S. I assume the doll is from you? Thank you. It is an impressive likeness, though rather fragile… I am a little worried I might break it! I can be a little too heavy handed at times - that is what my father always used to say. At least… I think he did.
