Sanité and her sister Mesidyé are the only two of Les Enfants to yet make it through the kanzo (second initiation - trial of fire). They serve as hunsi to assist Houngan Cloak in conduct of ceremonies and they share leadership of Les Enfants. Sanité is the laplace (master of ceremonies and sword holder). She is kind, patient, thoughtful. Her skill in the lutte senegalese is only currently matched by her sister.
