The monarch of Rajpathar. They have ruled this empire for hundreds of years, leading the Pathari people through victory after victory against neighboring civilizations. 

Very few have claimed to see Delirium, but all speak to scales of the deepest black they have ever seen.

Delirium's Blessing

Those who have proven themselves in the eyes of the coronet can be bestowed with their greatest honor. Those who are not already dragonkin are granted draconic traits, in the form of scales and other such transformations. Along with this comes magic and power, and the prestige of being honored by Delirium.
