Doctor Sheng (盛) was the Shi's most accomplished scientist, head of the Xeno and Botany programs. Her experiments with plants created a species of vine that could safely absorb radiation. She also canceled the FEV program on the behalf of the recently-deceased Dr. Long Wang.
