Lokou

Lokou (/ɾotou̯/) is the home village of Tor. It's the largest village among The Rain Islands, and might one day become as prominent as the towns of Wāham, Nāwau and Kū. Like most lonouian villages, the secular affairs of the village are handled by the female elders, while the spiritual is seen to by the men led by the village shaman Nelāla.
