Sage Regan Byrne is a Pixie Changeling, 4'1" in her human form. She is also an expert at persnickety Glamour magic, able to appear and disappear at a moment's notice. Whenever she does, she leaves behind a small puff of faerie dust. She has golden hair and generally wears comfortable full length dresses. Sage Regan is native to Glaisinkyl and operates there, but also makes infrequent trips to Tullach Port for business.
Because of her position as Sage, she instructs her students primarily in Faerie Lore and Outdoorsman skills. She can also practice Glamour with anyone who already has it.
