An Aspect of Change is the only Aspect that seems to appear before its accompanying event. Aspects of change are commonly seen before life changing and altering events. An unexpected child, an unforeseen opportunity for an adventurer, a village burning to the ground in a sudden fire.
An Aspect of change generally appears as a localized event a small comet arcing over a mans head, a blue trail over a small village, but now a comet races across the heavens themselves.
Many people dread change, run from it, hide, trying to avert it by any means possible. But regardless change comes to the world and to man, the most you can do is adapt to whatever follows the comets call.
