The Aironkru people are the children of iron, stone, and metal. They are the ones that rose up from the depths of the earth in iron shelters named Metro, a complex of caves.
They are hardened people that still have some traditions of the Ancients, but the young now are trying to create their own, and change how Aironkru people lives.
They have a few settlements in the Zone that are usually connected with subterranean passages by the Metro. Some of the passages have collapsed, making it harder for them to trade goods with each other.
