Rattler

Rattlers are strong, fast, large and stealthy cryptids that breed underground or, most dangerously, inside buildings. They resemble large, hairy humans with severe individual dimorphism. Muscle and bone is commonly exposed. Rattlers seem to enjoy toying with human prey before consumption, evidently self aware of their terrifying appearance. Despite being so large, an average rattler may fit and comfortably move in an air conditioning duct thanks to their extreme flexibility. Rattler packs consist of 3-9 individuals, but hordes of 20 or more have been observed. These massive packs are commonly assembled to raid a large compound or settlement, most notably bunkers.
