Gangs

Gangs infest the urban landscape with their presence and activities. Often times they are just bands of rebellious teenagers, but many are real and unforgiving criminal syndicates. The amount of weapons in cities facilitates their ability to prevent "pacification" by authorities. Gangs do everything from drug trade, human trafficking, assassination, racketeering or even paid terrorism. While some of these might be legal, they do so without paying taxes or with complete disregard of collateral damage.
