De Havilland Australia is an independent branch of the now almost defunct De Havilland, a British aviation company. It specialises in the manufacturing, maintenance and modification of aircraft, helicopters and airships. Though the company has fairly clean records, it does operate a very modern fleet of combat aircraft, which the company sometimes uses to "promote its interests", or as part of paid jobs.
