Corporations

Corporations are organisations created by individuals to generate a profit through productive activity. They forgot to replace the last few words with "at all costs" though, as that is the situation with corporations in Oceanyka and the world. The first case is specially bad, as corporate-led corruption and abuse was terrifyingly rife all around and still is. The rise of the revolutionary government has calmed things down a bit, as all corporations are scared of a possible reaction by the Council. Their existence, however, has been accepted as a "temporal" necessity by the Council and is not terribly threatened.
