The Late Revolutionary Age began with the arrival of Britain's First Fleet at Oceanyka's east coast, founding the City of Sydney. From here, British families began settling the region, being largely cooperative with local rulers. However, this drove the Greater Cestlep Revolutionary State's military junta into panic, as they foresaw the beginning of an era of European colonialism in Oceanyka. At the Golden War, the armies of this state captured The Imperial Cenotaph, an important monument to Oceanykan history. It was here that in 1791 General Ukgan Krzka crowned himself Emperor of the Masses and proclaimed the foundation of the Third Empire, ruled in a just manner through a new Imperial Constitution, the first of its kind in the continent. The conflicts which this act originated are known as the Revolutionary Wars, a series of armed conflicts of apocalyptic proportions.

Practically every great power, including Asian ones such as the Qing Empire and the Tokugawa Shogunate, took the opportunity to settle parts of Oceanyka as they became depopulated and razed. However, none was more involved than the British Empire, which sent forces to wage war against the Third Empire and embarked on a massive campaign of colonisation known as the First Great Wave. They were also responsible for assembling the Australian Coalition, a multinational military response against the Third Empire which sought to defend the Oceanykan status quo. British experience in such matters was vast, for they were concurrently facing another such threat back home; Napoleon Bonaparte, against whom London assembled seven military coalitions, eventually defeating the French for good at the Battle of Waterloo. Throughout its existence, revolutionary France was closely allied to the Third Empire, though material aid was limited thanks to the British blockade.

Pressures kept mounting on as the Revolutionary Wars waged, resulting in the Continental Collapse, and the continent's annexation by the British Empire which signalled the beginning of the Early Colonial Age.
