Immaterial Nightmare

When a powerful enough psychic undergoes psychic breakdown, thus transforming their brain into a conduct with the Dreamspace, they may allow extradimentional entities to enter our reality. These are beings borne from the void whose existence defies our universe's, bearing impossible body shapes, characteristics and abilities. Many do not survive entry into our universe and collapse, then breaking down into elemental particles. However, the few that do often have their sensory input and rationality severely distorted by their forceful entry into a plane of existence that is as alien to them as they are to us, thus going berserk. It is impossible to predict what kind of creature will breach through the conduct, but they are usually much larger than men, and their otherworldliness makes them unpredictable opponents.
