The OPA's 1st division is made out of its best personnel. They act as the OPA's and the Council's scalpel, destroying the enemy's rear in irregular warfare operations, or hunting down notable outlaws when performing internal security missions. While previously a lightly motorised paratrooper unit, they now use Soviet helicopter gunships, which can both transport them and provide direct fire support.
