The 155mm Gun M1 was an American heavy artillery piece during WW2, and later, of many NATO-aligned nations. It was nicknamed the "Long Tom" for its length, which allowed it to reach up to 23km away. While it served faithfully in the Pacific War, it was in the Eastern Front where American artillerymen proved themselves a challenging opponent to Soviet battle-hardened 152mm gun crews. These guns quickly became readily available for many NATO-aligned nations, including the pre-revolution Oceanykan Federation.
