The Ordnance QF 25-pounder is a British 88mm field howitzer. Light, reliable, with a low logistical footprint, accurate and with a ridiculous range of 12km (similar to contemporary 105mm or 155mm guns), it was beloved by British gun crews, and using its "supercharge" propellant bag, could effectively engage tanks in an emergency. The weapon's small calibre was suitable for colonial warfare, such as in the Pacific War, but saw shortcomings when facing off with Soviet heavy artillery barrages. This weapon in particular was acquired en-masse by the Oceanykan Federal Army for its artillery regiments, giving it a decisive edge over the other warring factions.
