The Latin American Insurrectionary Authority

From the heights of the Andes and the depths of the Amazon, a guerilla movement which has bloated to incredible proportions lurks. The Latin American Insurrectionary Authority is de-facto ruler of much of South America's sparsely inhabited and extremely undeveloped central regions. It is led by Comandante Ernesto Guevara, who rose to prominence following the Cuban Revolution's success; he has chosen to build this new, grander revolution upon the principles of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, a new sub-branch of Trotskyism which seeks to perfect and export insurrectionary warfare... by any means necessary. Despite only being a few years old, the LAIA has made a name for itself for acts of terrorism against every single one of the countries it operates in.
