The PB (Pistolet besshumnyy, or "pistol silent") is a Soviet 9x18mm pistol of the mid-1960s. Upon beginning production, it immediately became a favourite in the KGB, GRU, Soviet Army reconnaissance, and other such associations which required dirty, quiet work. Like many Soviet designs it was exported to the country's allies, such as the Oceanykan Federation, where it is primarily seen in the hands of special troops and government agents.
