The Armson OEG is an experimental red dot sight which appeared in the late 1960s. It consists of an occluded red optical fibre which, when aiming with both eyes open, "overlays" said red dot over the target. A green version, made with Tritium, is available for sale. Though more expensive, this one can be used comfortably during nighttime operations.
