Subordinate only to the High Court, regional courthouses operate throughout Oceanyka to judge those in breach of the Constitution, and impose punishmentSuch a sentence will be imposed on the basis of precedent, and if a novel legal situation arises, courthouses have the authority to enact an arbitrary ruling based on common morality and the Constitution's essence. Regional courthouses are made up of one judge, one clerk, and seven juries. The clerk does not have judicial authority, focusing on administrative tasks. 142 of these regional courthouses currently exist, concentrating around Oceanyka's urban centres.

Additionally, regional courthouses also have the authority to perform exchange sentences, a unique concept in which criminals convicted by local courts (which are bound to local legal codes and customs) are sold to the Federal Correctional Service, requiring a regional court to re-assess their prison term based on morality and jurisprudence.

Anyone may act as an accused's defence, even themselves. The prosecutor shall be of the accusing party, or anyone in their representation. Federal Police lawyers are notoriously good prosecutors. However, once a case reaches the High Court, it will be two Justices who act as adversaries, one taking the role of defence and the other of prosecutor.
