DP-27 Machinegun

The DP-27 is a Soviet light machinegun fed from a 47 round pan magazine. As with most Soviet small arms, it is reliable and well-performing in adverse conditions, though eastern machinegunners faced tactical difficulties against German troops with more modern belt-fed alternatives such as the MG 42.
