Grade I - Jury-Rigged Contraption

OIC Quality Grading

OIC Quality Grade I - "Jury-Rigged Contraption" refers to products of manual crafting and assembly done by an apparent amateur or with insufficient tooling. Generally speaking, these products are very frail, unreliable and largely ineffective at their given tasks. However, if the principle of "economy of scale" does not apply, they can be the cheapest of its type available for the consumer. Examples of manufacturers prone to producing Grade I items:

  • Tribal Blacksmiths
  • Cestlep Junkworks Inc.
  • None (Self-built projects by inexperienced citizens)
