OIC Quality Grade II - "Industrial Mass-Production" refers to products which came out of a factory, their construction following a true industrial process. Because of this, they are often made with scientifically-measured standardised parts, have a predictable reliability and can be expected to work just fine. However, this process of manufacturing emerged from the World Wars, and as such is optimised for quantity over quality, thus one should not expect high tolerances or complete finishing from these products. Examples of manufacturers prone to producing Grade II items:
- Izhevsk Mechanical Plant
- Lithgow Federal Small Arms Factory
- Republican Small Arms Factory "Enfield"
