OIC Quality Grade III - "Quality Craftsmanship" refers to products which came out of a workshop and were manufactured by an experienced craftsman. These are typically custom-made for the client, or may just even be extensive modifications, but one thing is clear; they are superior to mass-produced products in nearly all categories. As such, they tend to fetch higher prices. Examples of manufacturers prone to producing Grade III items:
