OIC Quality Grade V - "Masterwork Artisanship" refers to products which were created by a master artisan using the most advanced precision tools in the market. These devices are usually either custom-made or extensive modifications of a factory product, but they are always attuned to the client's particular needs and can hardly be surpassed in their reliability, effectiveness and ergonomics. It's probably fair to say that these products are extremely expensive, and only at the reach of the upper class. Examples of manufacturers prone to producing Grade V items:
