The AGS-17 "Plamya" is a Soviet automatic grenade launcher which fires 30x29mm grenades. It entered full-scale production in the late 1960s, complementing conventional heavy machineguns in the Soviet arsenal. The AGS-30's tripod is fit with tools for indirect fire, uniquely amongst its cousins abroad. Such weapons are only seen in the hands of Spetsnaz commandos.

Abilities
Common Attributes - National
Guerrilla Guns - Soviet Small Arms (CW)
Throughout the Cold War, Soviet small arms have mostly been used by insurgents and guerrillas in wars of national liberation, employing asymmetrical tactics and strategies against much greater western powers. While the first world's tactics revolve around airstrikes, armour and artillery support, eastern-aligned irregular forces approach using stealth and deception, striking until they're close enough that enemy artillery becomes too dangerous to their own side.
EFFECT:
At Short Range or below, this weapon's damage rolls are maximised.
Unique Attributes
Makeshift Auto-Mortar - AGS-17 Plamya UA
Designed from the outset as a platform capable of indirect fire, the AGS-17 Plamya's tripod includes tools for this kind of attack.
EFFECT:
This weapon can perform Indirect Fire as if it were a Mortar 💥 (does not suffer a Hard DM as a regular Grenade Launcher 💣 would).
