Sten Gun Mk II

Named after the verb and not the place (though they wouldn't be out of place there), sewer guns are cheap, scrap-metal SMGs typically taking after the Sten Gun, which were it not for British industrial standards, would probably be considered a generic scrapgun. They are typically chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum, Oceanyka's most common automatic pistol cartridge.

'Anykan Touch - Oceanykan Small Arms (CW)

Most Oceanykans' belief in personal liberty extends to their guns, and they believe themselves to be great at modding them out. Regardless of whether or not that is true, the reality is that practically every weapon in Oceanyka has suffered from modifications to its original design, either by its previous owner, the manufacturer or the artisan that crafted it.

EFFECT:
Upon first acquiring this weapon, roll 1d3 and grant this weapon a permanent bonus.

  1. Ergonomic: The weapon can always Counterattack (0 AP) after an enemy's melee attack.
  2. Controllable: The weapon can always be used to Magdump (2 AP).
  3. Idiot-Proof: This weapon can never jam nor fail from UNRELIABILITY.

In Wargame Mode, all weapons with this SA across the entire army respond to a single roll.

Unique Attributes

Plumber's Nightmare - Sten Gun UA

Despite its tendency to jam, the Sten Gun's simplicity allows it to operate in harsh conditions with very few probabilities of breakage. And even if one did break, spare parts are more than plentiful.

EFFECT:
When performing any skill check regarding production, modification, repair or maintenance of this weapon, add an Easy DM. Additionally, this weapon can never suffer from a serious malfunction (see Reliability & Maintenace Rules).
