The RPG-1 is a Soviet anti-tank rocket launcher, the first in a long-lasting family. It was introduced in 1941 thanks to the efforts of Korolev's Reactive Propulsion Lab at Semipalatinsk-21, and at the time, it had no equal. Battlefield experience against these weapons led the Germans to develop the Panzerfaust anti-tank system. The RPG-1's PG-1 HEAT grenade can penetrate up to 140mm of RHA steel, but its range is limited to more or less 50m. As the Soviets upgraded their arsenal to the more effective RPG-2, many obsolete RPG-1s were distributed across the world to wage wars of national liberation against the West.

Abilities
Common Attributes - National
Guerrilla Guns - Soviet Small Arms (CW)
Throughout the Cold War, Soviet small arms have mostly been used by insurgents and guerrillas in wars of national liberation, employing asymmetrical tactics and strategies against much greater western powers. While the first world's tactics revolve around airstrikes, armour and artillery support, eastern-aligned irregular forces approach using stealth and deception, striking until they're close enough that enemy artillery becomes too dangerous to their own side.
EFFECT:
At Short Range or below, this weapon's damage rolls are maximised.
Unique Attributes
RPG! - RPG UA
Western combined arms forces engaged in combat with pro-Soviet guerrillas and regimes have learned to dread the callout of eastern handheld anti-tank launchers, the infamous RPG. It is never one, but rather dozens of these weapons firing from the shadows, reducing even the hardiest armoured vehicles to burning husks.
EFFECT:
If this weapon misses a shot, roll 1d6. On a 5+, induce Dread on the enemy unit that was missed.
