Ciara Danaan

A traveling merchant attacked on her way into Quillpond by a former Zanatta farmhand driven mad by the Alchemical Amplifier's effects. 

Ciara deals in cloth, leather, dyes, and tools to work with such materials. She comes to the Festival every year a couple of weeks ahead of time in case anyone wants fancy new clothes for the event.
