Circe is a tall elven woman with heavily tanned skin, sea green eyes, and long bronze hair that fades into sea glass green which she keeps in an elegant fishtail braid. She is the owner of the Flotsam's Respite Resort on Aenea and is warm and welcoming to all of her guests so long as the abide by the few guidelines she sets for them during their stay. Everywhere she goes, she is accompanied by a large dragonborn man named Arathik.
Circe is seemingly good friends with Julian Strangford, though how the two have come to known each other is very much a mystery.
