A dwarf-owned tavern and a growing favorite among the city's sailors, merchants and young nobles.

The tavern is well-known for the house specialty: a thick-brewed stout mixed with an unknown liquor that is called the Quaggoth for its rumored ability to cure every hair on a quaggoth and then some.
