She once wrecked an entire fleet from Orchalannon from the air, in a flying carriage pulled by her two Azhdarchs.

Vilan's Court Sorceress
As court sorceress, she regularly attends the court in Vilan and has many connections. As is the way of Vilan, for a thing to be important it must also be fashionable, and she is rarely outdone.

Ingrid is not proud or foolish. She will always do what is most to her advantage.
Enemy of Maerlyn
She is the lady of Caer Myrddin, a fortress in Lombardy which she publicly built to be Maerlyn's eventual tomb.
