A rather famous and eccentric young soldier. He has made a name for himself as the presumptive "Protector of the Regency of Canidium & Sedgemoorland", which even the ruling class of the regency regard as a charming affectation.
Once, while on patrol in Midvale, he met a witch. By some means or other, he came away with the ability to cast "Brutus' Marvelous Mouth". The price was terrible however, and he gives many amusing accounts of how he bought this magic.
