High Jarl Armond Shing Lakana

High Jarl Lakana is a man in his late fifties, with broad shoulder and a noble bearing. He has raven black hair peppered with grey, skin that has a golden sheen to it, that upon closer look one can see tiny golden scales that shimmers when the light strikes it. He has golden draconic eyes. He is wearing a yellow cape, a light green silk vest and light blue pants. On his fingers two rings a silver one with three rubies on his right hand and a gold and emerald ring on his left hand. Upon his head he is wearing a A crown made of mithril and silver in the shape of owl wings. One wing is made of mithril, the other of silver, together they clasp a golden gem at its center, that softly glows with the rays of the sun
