He runs the Black Scorpion gang in The Last Stand with his right-hand man, a black Dragonborn called Zarkeen. The Scorpions deal with the drug trade and fence stolen goods in the Last Stand and are the sole drug traders of the Pigpen. They also have connections to Harllow's Black Market.
They have around 15 to twenty members in the gang. Once you have proven yourself, you have to go through a right of passage, which involves killing a random individual. After they have done this, they get a scorpion tattooed.
