Lycanthropes are cursed people who transform into great beasts on the light of the full moon. They're often referred to in folk tales as madmen and cannibals, but in truth they have lived as kings and serfs alongside their human kin. Most werewolves, however, have no knowledge of their history; that knowledge is often held in confidence by monster hunters and elder lycanthropes. Lycanthropy is as much a mental illness as a physical curse; those suffering often have symptoms of other disorders, such as dyslexia, schizophrenia, or even body or gender dysmorphia. However, understanding of these features has shifted much over human history, and such people were often misunderstood.
Starting out, you are a young, sane werewolf. You have not succumbed to madness, but it's a constant struggle to maintain control.

The following will appear on your character sheet when you select the template.
- You can turn into a wolf with about the same weight as your human form. You always transform on the night of the full moon. Use the "Shapeshift: Wolf" template.' [4]
- You turn into a bipedal wolf creature. You have hands, walk on two feet, and have human speech. Use the "Shapeshift: Wolf" template. [4] "
- While in your Wolf or Anthro forms, you might temporarily “regress” when frightened, angered, fatigued, or injured. Make a self-control roll in those situations. On a failure, you behave like an animal, acting on impulse and instinct. Once the stressful situation has passed, make a self-control roll every minute. If friends comfort you, roll at +2. If one of these people has Animal Empathy or Empathy, apply an additional +2. On a success, the attack ends and you return to normal. If you pass out from fatigue or injury before you succeed, you recover automatically when you wake up. [-3]"

- You can spend a few minutes studying and interacting with any animal to get a sense of how they're feeling. Once you do, take +2 to animal skills with that animal. [2]
- Those with Feth Fiada are never invisible to you. If you have reason to believe someone is under a Seeming, you can blatantly squint at them and roll Sight opposed by Disguise. If they are under a Seeming and you win the opposed roll, then their disguise flickers whenever you squint at them and you get a glimpse of their true form. [1]
- Once per scene, when you harm someone physically, you gain Leverage on them. [1]
- There are some people who you consider part of your "pack." Take Leverage on each of them, and also on anyone who becomes a part of it later. Flavor Requirement: What does it mean to you to be part of your pack? Keep track of who is in it, and why. [1]
- You feel a strong sense of commitment toward your pack. You will never betray them, abandon them when they’re in trouble, or let them suffer or go hungry if you can help. [-2]

- When you damage someone with your bite attack in your wolf of anthro form, they must make a Poison Tolerance roll. If they fail, they become a Werewolf on the next full moon, unless they ingest Wolfsbane before then. They simply apply the Werewolf template on top of their existing one. Full-blooded fae are immune. [-5]
- You have an incapacitating supernatural reaction to silver. If you are exposed to it, you must immediately make a Pain Tolerance roll every minute. On a failure, your attributes all have a -5 penalty. Contact with the substance might also sting or burn you, weapons made of it might hurt you more, etc. [-4]
- Your True Name hits you at +2. The severity of your True Name is determined by your race, this feature can only be purchased as part of a racial template. [-2]
