Along the northern side of the isle is Innishmore, resting along the banks of the river Claire where it meets the sea. It's an old town that's been home to many generations of fishermen. They're a close knit and somewhat superstitious lot, but sturdy and dependable folk when you gain their trust. This town is home to both the a modern fishery and the Old Castle, a landmark built sometime before the 1200s.
