The number of genasi my great-grandfather had the pleasure of meeting during his travels could be counted on one hand. To seek these individuals out was a daunting task, and even so his musings on them should not be generalized to all genasi. Each was starkly individual, boasting wildly different personalities - as varied as the elements themselves. However, the transition to the Age of Arcana provides a unique opportunity to document the maturation and burgeoning culture of these plane-touched people.

Genasi are are a plane-touched people whose very souls have been imbued with the raw forces from the Elemental Planes. They were nearly unheard of prior to the Age of Arcana, but following The Arcane Influx was a significant spike in the number of children born as genasi.
