Our small Army decided that heading back to the tomb of that evil Malachie guy (all the other elves hated him) to retrieve treasure we left would be wise. As Simon and The others Adventured headed toward the "head tomb" as everyone called it, they were shocked to discover on arrival that that the once verdant, almost marshy terrain had all but dried out, seemingly turned to sand. as the group ventured inside this newly dry pyramid Simon couldn't help wondering about the effect this sand would have on the beautiful forest that the elves of Sylaire called home .
Spotting footprints in this newly appeared sand, the group deducing they were from a third party that had been in the tomb and may have gotten to their loot. Fearing that they had missed their chance Simon grew worried, untill, they heard voices. Being the De facto leader, and brains of this operation (self proclaimed), Simon acted swiftly and pushed, moreso shoved "Juttery" , our new rogue forward to investigate the voices. After some brief listening, our Brave fellow, Mandras, was able to understand their silly speech so we sent him up to parlay , the agreed to talk with us. they turned out to be members of a masked group that lived down here, that was split into multiple factions, but after a brief negotiation with one of the clans , specifically wearing masks of bearded men we found common enemies.
After some brief talks, We got ambushed by bugs! but i swear i was totally paying attention , they must have been invisible because i was on guard in the hallway and totally would have seen them! Thankfully the people in the masks turned out to be nice this time , and helped us fight them off. Sadly, both us and the masked group suffered losses. strangers lost 1 warrior and we lost our brave new friend Gobea, If only they had noticed those bugs sooner. Good help is hard to come by, oh well, another victim to the tomb of Malachie. After the insects had been slain we came to an agreement with the tombs denizens to help take out the other groups in exchange for loot (that WE earned ! ) 2/10, elves should avoid, unless surrounded by dwarves !
