Roark runs an elegant tavern with a few small rooms for rent. Business has dwindled to a near stop due to lack of shipments from the south. Roark tasks the party in taking an offering of Reindeer Steak up to Crannoc Siever Caer Dineval's Speaker in order to barter a meeting about re-opening the East Haven Ferry.

Main Goal for Caer Dineval:

  • Negotiate a deal with Caer Konig and Easthaven a deal sharing financial responsibility of re-opening the Easthaven Ferry and the continued effort of keeping the Trade Route Open to Caer Dineval and Caer Konig.
