Nemesis, the Exarch of Spirit, is one of the Exarchs that do not supervise any special ministries. The Nemesis main concern is the separation of the Shadow and the Material. The alien spirits of this realm are untamable, even by the power of the exarchs, so humanity must be kept ignorant from them and every practitioner of an art that allows communication between the realms must be destroyed, so that humanity feels safe within the comfort of the Lie. On the other hand, the growth of spirits that inadvertantly assist the cause of the Exarchs, such as spirits of ignorance or obedience, must be furthered.
Currently, it is unknown if the Nemesis has dominion over spirits such as Luna, Helios, the Maeljin, or if he even shares an agenda with such beings.
