You exit the labyrinth of the Unending Fields and find yourself in a deep valley, surrounded by rocky outcroppings and vegetation. It is surprisingly still, with not so much as a gentle breeze blowing against your face. Along the path you see patches of flowers and plants sprouting from vaguely human shaped piles, marking your way forward.

On the wind you hear the sound of distant and violent battle; The screams of soldiers, clashing of weapons and roar of magic echoing through the valley. Yet every time you grow closer it seems to change direction.

As you turn a corner, towering above you are five massive stone statues arranged in a half moon at the top of a small hill. Each statue wears the armor of one of the five empires of Kyrandia; and each has vines and plants growing from their visage as nature has begun to make its way into the stone.

At the feet of the statues is a question:

"To those seek power, how many must be sacrificed in it's pursuit? Look to those who walked before."

Looking over the hill is an immense field of white flowers and the weapons of thousands of warriors turned to black stone embedded into the land. You can now see that the pathway you entered from is the place where a large meteor fell to Kyrandia finding it's resting place in the distance where you can make out a decaying coliseum.

Legend says that this valley is where magic first sprung from, leading to the people who would eventually become casters.

Making your way along a path amongst the flowers and swords, the Coliseum becomes clearer. Unlike the area around it the structure seems to be fairly maintained even though it has seen better days.
